Age Divisions
Men’s & Women’s Team Events
Age Brackets (5-year increments):
35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+, 90+
Age division is determined by the youngest player on the team.
Games officials reserve the right to cancel events or combine age or skill divisions due to insufficient entries.

Competition Format & Rules
New this Year:
We’re proud to introduce a 35+ Division in Casper—opening the door for even more athletes to join the action. Know someone younger who wants in? Please pass this along.

All teams must submit a complete roster at registration.

Teams are limited to 22 total participants (maximum 20 players).

Teams must supply their own bats, gloves, and practice balls.
-
Teams must be all one gender.
Format
The tournament will follow NSGA/SSUSA rules.
● Format: Pool play followed by double elimination
● Brackets will be organized within age/skill divisions
● Divisions with fewer than four entries may be combined or canceled
● Larger divisions may be split into A, B, and possibly C pools
Seeding will be determined by win/loss record, head-to-head, runs allowed, run
differential, and runs scored.
The schedule will be posted at Brimmer Softball Complex.
Participants must check in at the venue prior to play each day they compete.
Medals & Qualifying for Nationals
Medals
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division.
Awards will be presented daily at the conclusion of events.
National Senior Games Association (NSGA) Qualification
2026 is a qualifying year for the NSGA, and the Wyoming Senior Olympics is a qualifying event.
The top three teams in each division will qualify.
2027 NSGA Dates: June 30 – July 11
