Important Information for All Wyoming Senior Olympics Pickleball Players
Please read the following information carefully.
General Information
No membership is required from any pickleball organization. However, all current USA Pickleball tournament standards will be followed.
If you do not have a partner, you may still register for the tournament; however, you will be placed on a waitlist until your partner registers. Make sure your partner has registered and paid. If your partner is not registered, you will remain on the waitlist for doubles events. It is your responsibility to ensure your partner has completed registration.

Thursday, June 18 – Men’s and Women’s Singles (Warm-up 10 AM - Competition 11 AM)
Friday, June 19 – Men’s and Women’s Doubles (Warm-up 10AM - Competition 11 AM)
Saturday, June 20 – Mixed Doubles (Warm-up 9:00 AM - Competition 10 AM)

Age Divisions

Age/Skill Events: Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles
Age Brackets (5-year increments):
50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+, 90+, 95+, 100+
Skill Divisions:

Division I (4.5): 4.5 and above

Division II (4.0): 4.0 – 4.499

Division III (3.5): 3.5 – 3.999

Division IV (3.0): 3.0- 3.499

Division V (2.9): 2.999 and under
Game officials reserve the right to cancel events or combine age or skill divisions due to insufficient entries.

Competition Format & Rules

Registration Rules
All pickleball players must ensure both they and their partner are registered.
If you need a partner for doubles, check the Partner Finder for a list of individuals seeking partners by sport.
Format
The tournament will not be USAPA sanctioned; however, USA Pickleball rules will govern play.
● Format: Double elimination
● Brackets will be organized within age/skill divisions
● Divisions with fewer than four entries may be combined or canceled
● Larger divisions may be split into A, B, and possibly C pools
The schedule will be posted at The Picklr – Cheyenne.
Participants must check in at the venue prior to play each day they compete.
Medals & Qualifying for Nationals
Medals
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each division.
Awards will be presented daily at the conclusion of events.
National Senior Games Association (NSGA) Qualification
2026 is a qualifying year for the NSGA, and the Wyoming Senior Olympics is a qualifying event.
The top three finishers in each age/skill event will qualify.
NSGA does not host skill-based events but includes skill groupings within age divisions.
2027 NSGA Dates: June 30 – July 11
