5-Year Age Brackets:
50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+, 90+, 95+, 100+
📌 Note: Games officials reserve the right to cancel or combine divisions based on participation
EVENT RULES AND ENTRY LIMITS
Participants may enter a maximum of 8 individual events plus 2 relay events
All swimming events will be timed finals
Swimmers in the
500 yd freestyle and 400 IM must check-in at the venue
Relay entry packets will be available at the venue on Day 1 of competition.
REGISTRATION RULES
All athletes are required to read and understand the rules.
NSGA 2025 rules apply.
The NSGA and LOC reserve the right to adjust the format based on participation, space, or other needs.
COMPETITON FORMAT & RULES
This competition will be conducted under United States Masters Swimming (USMS) rules, except as modified herein.
Warm-up lanes will be available prior to the competition.
